Jose Gonzalez

Jose Gonzalez is a first generation Mexican-American born in South Central L.A., and raised in Orange County. He began his legal career working for Berman & More in 1992, first as a file clerk and later as a legal assistant. After being encouraged to go to law school by the law firm's managing partner, Mr. Gonzalez enrolled at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, and continued to work full-time while also attending school full-time. Today, Mr. Gonzalez is a named partner at Berman More Gonzalez and a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the legal staff at Berman More Gonzalez.

Mr. Gonzalez specializes in workers' compensation and personal injury cases, in keeping with a deep-seated desire to help those in need. As a trial attorney Mr. Gonzalez has tirelessly fought to ensure that workers injured through no fault of their own obtain the medical care and benefits that the law affords them.

In 2010, Mr. Gonzalez was elected as Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Orange County Bar Association, a distinguished position that his partner Keith More previously occupied in 2004.

Being fully bilingual, Mr. Gonzalez is able to provide first hand attorney services to Spanish speaking clients in all areas of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, including the communities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Orange, Garden Grove, Riverside, Norco, Corona, Los Angeles, Whittier, Pico Rivera, South Gate, Cudahy, Pasadena, Pomona, Diamond Bar, Ontario, Redlands, Rancho Cucamonga and Chino.

Mr. Gonzalez is a member of prominent Latino legal organizations including the Mexican American Bar Association and is currently the Vice-President of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association.

In 2009, Mr. Gonzalez was recognized for his dedication and hard work by his peers, being appointed to a three-year term to the Board of Directors for the Orange County Bar Association, which provides leadership and many services to the entire Orange County legal community. Truly, this appointment has been one of the highest honors bestowed on Mr. Gonzalez and further recognition of Berman More Gonzalez as leaders in the legal community.
