Serving Orange County Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Cases
Our attorneys at the Santa Ana law office of Berman More Gonzalez are respected professionals with years of experience in and out of the courtroom. We pride ourselves on our ability to relate to our clients. As lawyers working for you, we provide clear and concise guidance in personal injury, car accident, wrongful death and workers' compensation cases.
Our founding attorney, Keith P. More, was named the Orange County Workers' Compensation Trial Lawyer of the Year in both 2003 and 2004. He also has been a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Club since 1994, and co-chaired the Workers' Compensation Section of the Orange County Bar Association in 2003. In 2008, Keith served as president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, an organization with over 600 members.
Also with the firm is attorney Jose Gonzalez. He joined the law firm of Berman More Gonzalez in 1992 as a legal assistant. Through hard work and dedication, this first generation Mexican-American completed his law school degree at night while working full time. As a lawyer, Mr. Gonzalez carries on the Berman More Gonzalez tradition of aggressively representing clients in both personal injury and workers' compensation. Beyond his legal work is his dedication to giving back to the community. Mr. Gonzalez presently serves as the vice president of the Hispanic Bar Association while co-chairing the Orange County Bar Association Workers' Compensation section. In 2010, Jose was selected as a Board of Trustee for the Orange County Bar.
Despite the personal accolades, however, we have created a team of lawyers who care about the victims they represent. For one 22 year old tetraplegic whose spinal cord injuries resulted from his unprotected fall through a sky light, attorney Keith P. More obtained a settlement of $14.7 million, the largest award in California workers' compensation history. Within six months Mr. More settled two other record breaking cases, both against major corporations. Additionally, our lawyers will continue to work with our clients even after their cases settle or their legal disputes are resolved.
Working with the people who have been injured in Orange County and throughout the state of California is very rewarding to us. Our lawyers genuinely care about our clients, and we work to demonstrate that commitment to service every day.
